Suggestion Title:

Add the setting to disable other players.

How / why would it benefit the Surf server:

When there are many players on the server, it gets really annoying to see everyone.
It's is harder to concentrate on your own run and can also lead to failed runs.
I think it would let users concentrate more on their own surfing and would let users who don't want to see everyone while surfing, have a overall better experience while surfing.
