How / why would it benefit the Surf server:

I think it would give more experienced players the possibility to enjoy easier maps again.
Giving everyone an overall nicer experience, since 'better' players wont need to only play hard maps.
Which will give newer players the possibility to play easy maps.

I think a mode like this, would benefit everyone playing on the server, since we already have modes like HSW, SW, A-Only which are more niche surf styles, it would only make sense to add an 'hard' style.
