Clarky, you were always an excellent staff member and a great Community Manager. From the way I see it, you were the Community Manager closest to knowing the full extent of what it means to play on SSRP. You had a perspective on the rules that I believe enabled a more loose and streamline experience on ZARP SSRP. There were a lot of messy situations in regard to the rules that I feel you did a good job at resolving. This is perhaps your most notable quality in my opinion.

You may not have seen eye-to-eye with all members of the community, but I sincerely believe that the vast majority of your actions were made with a genuine intent to find the objective solution. It becomes very difficult to retain a good position within everyone's mind when you're such a large part of the community - not only as a Community Manager but also in terms of engaging and interacting with the players in-game. Hence, I think it's fair to say you did a good job, regardless of how people may feel about you personally.

I appreciate your comment about me on your thread, I completely understand that you might have been disappointed in my activity in the community. I failed to find interest & enthusiasm in what I was doing and therefore ended up participating to a very minimal extent. I hope I'll regain the motivation I had when I initially became staff, perhaps at a later date we can both find that we enjoy the community & servers and return to the staff team together in our prime forms.

I think I've been rambling quite a bit at this point, I'll conclude by saying it is a very great loss for you to be leaving the community, and I sincerely hope to see you rejoin the staff team again sooner or later. May you have a good time with whichever endeavours you have for the future; it was good knowing you.
