Friendliness
I always try to be friendly towards people on the server and keep calm and collected attitude when talking to people, helping them with commands or teaching them how to bhop.

Easily contactable
I am always contactable and able to come on when there is help needed on the server or when a player needs help with something this is when I'm at my PC and I'm not AFK.

Activity
I may not have the best server time reaching the minimum 3h server time every week but I make up for that by being active during the meetings suggesting maps, bringing people up, voicing my opinion on people applying, etc. I've also attended every bhop missing only 2-3 meetings in my staffing time.

Experience
During my time as a bhop sa which is 7 months now, I've gained lots of experience and familiarity with the polices and when to and when to not bring up people for demotions and officials.

Leadership
I believe I possess good leadership abilities whatever it is during an FPS, MOBA or leading a staff team and trying to push for changes I believe to be fit for that time being and not being afraid to voice my opinion If I belive for it be correct and trying to get those changes to happen.

My future plans for bhop and what I hope to achieve:
One of my main goals is trying to get a more consistent player base and expanding the staff team by trying to get more old staff to apply and other players on the server also to apply. Besides that, I can not think of any other plans my ideas mostly come out of the blue and when I'm not even thinking about bhop and when I get those ideas I'll most likely post them in the staff channel or message a CM team member
