I'd say that this is getting to the point of ridiculous and petty. Even if this is somehow accepted I'm pretty sure that all will happen is jack will be told to be careful with what he says and to not arrest people for gang weapons when people aren't holding them out. (Of course unless it is intended to make you wanted which in that case it's not even really punishable. This weapon checker thing is a mess.) And I know you are only 12 finlay but if you consider that a punishable insult then I dont know what to say because it's just ridiculous that can hardly even be called an insult. It would be classed as harassment if he said that to you multiple times and you told him to stop and he continued but just 1 insult isn't really enough for a punishment unless it's extremely offensive.
