tbh as if i remember that when we used to raid pd we killed everyone inside even tho if he was in the lobby meanwhile tho your gang is the one raiding the pd and you were there with them that makes you part of it tbh like you are gangster means u can raid unless u were another job that can't raid that was how it works as i remember
