Suggestion Title: Ban the russians!

How would it benefit the server: i am SICK AND TIRED of having these russian immigrants joining our darkrp servers and stealing our jobs. Not only is this unfair to non-vips, but to everyone! I am sick and tired of having the jobs flooded by russians who cannot speak even a bit of english, its brazy! I fully understand the need for diversity in the SSRP playerbase, but please, I cant even understand them. Surely you can work something out, thanks!
