Suggestion Title: Changes and Additions to the Current Gang System

How would it benefit the server:

A Button to deny all Pending Apps at once
- Its really tedious to deny all gang apps because you always get set back to the "gang main menue", just be able to deny all of them at once.

Be able to disable Gang apps:
- Some gangs dont need members anymore so you should be able to disable


Gang Logs:
- Be able to see who Invited/kicked who, who got demoted/promoted by who, who added cash etc etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none that i can think of

Additional notes: ni think there was a suggestion about gang logs already, but idk of who and when so i just felt like adding this
