First of all I would like to think that I am quite a friendly and positive guy in the community at this current time, and I don't plan on changing this fact anytime soon.

Ahh now the second point, I have got to say that I love having banter on the forum with the BOYS! To a certain extent at least. In simple, when it comes to me actually having to do the duties I've been assigned to do, I do it well, but I wont have a stick up my ass and get all arrogant to normal users on the forums. An even more simplifyed version of this sentence is that basically I won't put on a performance to make myself look like the best staff member ever.

Finally, when it comes posts, I've learnt how to keep my posting within TOS, and I can assure you that as a forum staff, I will not come close to breaking rules on it.
