It was more of a misunderstanding from sron in the situation, In his FOV he was shot through the smoke and assumed the cop shot him. It appeared not, I could understand from both sides.

If this is the inconvenience/misunderstanding that resulted in the ban getting issued, then it would certainly be fair to reduce his ban as such mistakes tend to happen on certain occasions.
