Taking into consideration that you've applied for staff with 5 recent punishments is... Not good at all. Even if 3 expire by the time of the meeting, 2 is still a lot. I'd suggest playing consistently and keeping your rapsheet clean until applying again. Staff are expected to behave properly and follow the rules with little to no issue - And I don't quite think you can do so just yet.
