Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

RDM is when someone kills somebody else for no reason.
A cop kills a gangster and the gangster did nothing illegal/intimidating.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

NLR is when someone dies in a district and comes back before 3 minutes passes.
Gangster got killed in fountain district, so he comes back to continue what he was doing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I'd ask for any appropriate recordings, along with sufficient steamid evidence. I'd first ask for the story of what happened, and I'd check if it coincided with the proof that's being provided; if there's no proof provided, and the accused has not confessed, I'd return the players back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

Assuming he has at least one warn before this incident, I'd ask for a higher up to ban him, and if there was noone available I'd kick him until he stopped.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

From my experience in zarp, which is apparent from the number of hours I’ve put into the server, I know that many people rulebreak such as RDM, NLR and other more serious offenses. I want after all these hours to help the staff team with their work and I believe I’m more than capable for the duty.
