Thank you for creating this report and trying to keep the server clean of rulebreakers. The reported person clearly mass rdmed, sadly you didn't manage to get proof of the steam id so I can't punish him. Next time make sure to either type status in console and get a screenshot, get a screenshot of him disconnecting from the server (that's shows the steam id) or spectate him and get his steam id at the top. Sadly I have to deny this but thanks for putting the effort into creating a punishment request.
