That grenade landed so the fire was outside of the t-room. I saw Chespin throw it, and it was close enough to damage you. If he's playing games like that, he should expect a kos when someone sees him pull those tricks.
Common sense would be that if you see someone throwing an incend into a traitor only area, where it has a high chance of harming traitors, they probably are not a traitor.
