I've already tried my best to explain to you what really happened, but I'll do it one more time.
Chespin threw an incendiary in the Traitor room when no one was around, I was just messing around and stood very close to the doorway, so far that it managed to damage me. You can't kill someone because they threw a nade in a place where only traitors go and some smart individual decided to get themselves killed/damaged.
That grenade was by no means random, and what you did was assume that Chespin wanted to damage me, when that didn't really happen.
Whoever's handling, this is all you need to know.
Also, you really shouldn't have made a staff report on Chespin, all he did was report you for falsely KOSing him, it is I who handled the report and issued the punishment.
