The first thing I'd like to say is staff should never punish themselves or any other staff member, regardless of the situation, so no one did anything wrong surrounding that. I spoke to Smojea about the kill and he claims it was a complete accident and he was only trying to compensate you for this by offering you points.

I've told Smojea to be more careful in the future, to make sure no further issues such as this one are caused again, however, I don't believe any further action needs to be taken at this point.
