After reviewing the evidence provided, I have concluded that bbno$ did nothing wrong in this situation. He truly felt like he was RDMed, so he reported you. Reporting someone for that is not an issue, so bbno$ is fine in this scenario.
In regards to your punishment, you claim you saw him kill an inno who was proven, leading to you killing him. This is a perfectly reasonable cause to kill someone for, so you should not have been punished for it. However, I was told by Zinnful that in the response to your report you made no mention of this, and simply stated that you killed him for not testing. Whether or not "bbno test" was an actual warning rather than just an order, I would recommend going w1 and w2 for testing purposes to avoid confusion in the future. You already admitted you only warned him once, so next time please provide the actual reason as to why you killed him in the response to avoid issues like this.
