Most days I see you on the server, and I have no complaints about your work on the server. On the forums, you often do post feedback on applications, and looking at recent posts on applications, you give feedback more than just ;plussp; or similar, and let them know how they can improve or have improved to get to where they are and are ready for a promotion.
In meetings, I'm not certain that you voice your opinion too much, but you are often there and aren't afraid to speak up if you feel it's needed.
When it comes to Lead Team duties and TS activity, other SA's and HA's can tell you what your positives and negatives are, but as an admin I can look up to you as a good role model and somebody who I can go to if I need any help, as you're easily approachable and friendly.
