Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

When a Player has 7 or more recent punishments.
When a Player is Mass Rdming (so atleast 3 rdms in one round) and then leaves to avoid punishment.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there, at first I want to thank you for contacting me and for explaining the situation to me in such great detail. Even though this is your first ban I unfortunately have to deny your request since you were hacking and this is against our rules. I am really sorry and I hope you understand why I had to deny it.

Why I should be promoted:

I think I should be promoted since I have really good time on the server and that way I would be able to support you, the other staff members, and the players of the server even more. Of course you don't have to accept me I just thought that I would give it a shot. :3
