failed to handle a situation properly

• i rdmed him but he failed to investigate - he was tabbed out at the time so he had no surefire way to know it was rdm but didn't allow me to explain myself and rushed the sit heavily
• took me out of an active rp situation without hesitation, simply tped to me and instantly dragged me

if u don't know how to handle a simple rdm sit then why should u be staff at all, nevermind head admin

im so sick and tired of this guy constantly coasting along doing the bare minimum and not actually knowing what hes doing yet not getting any sort of shit for it

it's been so long since he's genuinely done anything meaningful or good for the server and it just pisses me off that he gets to slide holding such a high position while doing so little

i cba putting in any effort because i've just had enough with his sheer incompetence
