How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been an administrator for a while now, and I feel like its time for me to apply for super admin, In my time I have gotten a good experience for staffing on the deathrun server always out there helping when help is needed. Im known in the deathrun server and I am liked by staff.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
Trust: First of all I have never been demoted never gotten a official warning so I would say I am very trusted,
Activity: I would say I am the most active staff member on the deathrun server, I am everyday on teamspeak and active on the forums. I would say that activity says a lot about the staff members and how dedicated he is.
Forums/Teamspeak I try to help out everyone who need help via teamspeak and forums as long as it connected to deathrun, forums I reply on every single Deathrun application and I am not afraid to tell what I see wrong and what I see right, I just tell people my opinions and not afraid to do so.
Teamspeak I am active and friendly, I respect the rules over there and I will try to help out everytime people contact me on there with questions or issues
Attitude: I always approach staff and members with a smile on my mouth and treat them how I want to be treated, and ofc I want to be treated nice so thats how I treat others. Im a friendly guy and if you got any questions I respond with them in the friendliest way as possible. When new players join I try to be nice to them and help them out to keep them playing in the server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have not yet encountered any issues that required a lead team member,
Here are some scenarios:
A staff member is breaking the rules, I would get a proof of that staff member breaking the rules and report it to the lead team.
A player is hacking I would gather proof of that player and send it to a lead team member
A staff member is exploiting I would once again gather proof of him exploiting and report it to a staff member.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would start off by adding the staff member via steam/Discord or teamspeak if he is on there and speaking to the staff member that is getting reported and get his part of the story
I would reply on the post saying
Hello “Players Name” I am handling this report
Then I would look over the report, see if there is proof in the post
If there was enough proof then I would reply with

Hello “Forums Name”
I have looked over the report and I can see there is enough proof so I am accepting this report
I see that this staff member was in the wrong here
I will have a word with “Staff members name” and explain what he did wrong and make sure it won’t happen again
This appeal has been

And I would talk to the staff member and explain that a report on him has been accepted and tell him what he did wrong and to be careful next time.
If there wasn’t enough proof I would reply like this

Hello “Forums name”
I have looked over the report and there is not enough evidence so I will be denying this report
No further action will be taken
Thanks for making a report, This has been

Explain how you would deal with following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask why the staff member banned this user for this long time. The staff member would reply with a reason I would check their rapsheet and if they had a long list of recent punishment and see that the user been banned for right amount of time, If not I would explain to the staff member that you should not ban that user for so long and proceed to lower the ban time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would approach the staff member in a friendly and nice manners and explain to him how he is supposed to be dealing with that user and make sure that he uses the right punishment for right reasons.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would tell both staff member to join teamspeak and move them to a private channel and I would get the story from both staff members and then ask the staff member who is reporting for proof of the rulebreak, if the proof is valid I would ask the staff why he was breaking the rules and bring that staff member up in the lead team meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would approach them in a friendly manners and tell them to stop arguing and the reason for the arguing and tell them to be nice to each other and there is no reasons to be arguing, if another arguement would spark up I would tell them it would be brought up in a lead team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell the staff member to stop doing what he is doing wrong and tell him to join teamspeak were I would move him to a private channel and explaining what he is doing wrong and he should not be doing this. If the staff member wouldn’t stop after I told him to stop I would unfortunately have to emergency demote that staff member and contact head admin or above ranking person.
Thanks for reading the application have a nice day
