I'm not sure if you've had previous bans but if you haven't that ban seems excessive, especially for 6 recents. You also should also really only be banned after being given a punishment, as like with this situation, you listened to staff's advice and didn't get any more, then out of nowhere you get banned 4 days later which has to be pretty confusing
