I'm not sure if you've had previous bans but if you haven't that ban seems excessive, especially for 6 recents. You also should only really be banned after being given a punishment, as like with this situation, you listened to staff's advice and didn't get any more, then out of nowhere you get banned 4 days later, which has to be pretty confusing
