I hit an innocent for 7 hp (his last 7 hp but w/e) as a D with my stungun and i get a slay. Moreover this person was shooting in the direction of the detective, selfdefense was a viable argument but got dismissed because he hadn't hit me (yet).

people rdm me and they don't get a slay because they are admin/mod... I also get these people reporting me twice and they actually get rewarded because the 2nd time it is handled i actually get a warn and slay.

okay... really seems legit fair to me.
