after reading through your appeal and speaking with the staff team, I've deciced to deny this appeal. There is no way for us to tell if you only want to scare someone or actually try to kill them and thus classified as prop abuse. Your rapsheet also makes it quite clear that this isn't the first time you came across this rule, considering you just came of a one month ban. I'd recommend to just not pick up a prop as it can basically only harm other people and yourself.
