Reason - Rdm by joining the gunfight breaking the rules 2.5 player vs player

Story - I saw Davidov007 kill someone with a deagle near tester he checked him and he was innoncent. He jump into the water , so me when i saw that i said in voice tchat that davidov just killed an innoncent personn, i folowed him in water and said kos in voicetchat on davidov and i got kos back by him in voicetchat too, we were gunfighting in water and then zinnful began to shoot me. i killed davidov but before i check him i got killed by zinnful. when i reported him davidov007 make his decision to not punish him so now i make a request on the forum....advice i got from darling
