You're incorrect. In this situation Dovah is clearly paying another player using in-game items or currency to provide him with an out of game item (the essay). This perfectly fits the definition of out of game trading and therefore is against the rules. Just because the other player needs to write the essay before handing it over doesen't change the fact that he is giving it to Dovah in exchange for in-game items or currency.
