Suggestion Title: Add a 24 Hour clock so that there is Morning and Night

How would it benefit the server: Makes the game much more Intense at Night

Potential Issues/Exploits:N/A

Additional notes: The Game is perfect as it is right now , But imagine how much more fun it will be if there is a night time where you actually need to use the flash light to see . This will be awesome . Ill also make another suggestion if this gets accepted to add a T / D Weapon which is the Night Vision Goggles to be able to see everything clearly .
