if a player attacks another without reason; ie being shot first

1. a player enters the traitor room
2. a player uses a traitor weapon to kill an innocent
3. a player plants a c4

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1. saying kos for the sake of it
2. a player picks up a traitor weapon


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel i should be chosen as there are many times I've been on the server when an admin or mod has not been present and it became chaos, and it becomes annoying when players continuously kill players with no punishments. Also, i feel i would be a fair moderator, sticking to the rules and not overusing or abusing my powers
