Hello, Sorry for the delay in response I had to contact since to confirm both sides before making my mind up on the verdict. After finally getting to the end you have made an agreement that first of "suken was paying for you" this is not allowed in the rules/policy's .
After this you shortly state that Suken has your items and he will repay after he is unbanned. Due to the simple fact this could be months or even years away I wont be allowing this to happen. It would leave to large of a time frame for us to constantly check up on you and for you to break more rules and get rebanned. Feel free to re-appeal this when Suken is unbanned or appeal it when you buy 5 boosters for sinz. You can consider this appeal denied.
