The way you are speaking you seem like an alt. If you are I'd suggest you to stop while your ahead. If you arnt then I'd suggest to play the server alot longer than 3 days before applying for staff. You need at least 2 weeks of constant activity and play time, along with this you need to show that you know the rules and can interact with other users.
