Your recent bans & punishments for racism don't really help your claims of being this helpful mature person. Doesn't scream community to me at all. You talk an awful lot about how you will punish those who do wrong and that you have learnt from your mistakes, but there is much more to this role than that. To me, it feels like you have not moved past this stage and are finding it hard to look at the bigger picture of what it means to be part of the council and expand on what you can actually do that will be helpful.
