I've been noticing a lot of spam and unnecessary posts on mine and other's staff applications. It doesn't help at all, makes the topic look messy and completely takes away from what it is meant to be, making the time and effort put into the app feel less appreciated and/or thought of.

I'm suggesting that there be a rule of one post per person as that is all that is needed (aside from the poster/applicant themselves). Perhaps this can be implemented into the system somehow? Or just be an informal thing where if a forum moderator comes across too many posts or ones not related to the topic as they spiral off, they can deal with (delete them) and help keep the post on point and less over-saturated.
