When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

There are many situations where it would be appropriate to use the ban command

Mass Disrespect - If after being warned and muted and appropriately punished for disrespecting and they just continue to Disrespect after a kick i would ban them for Disrespect.

Mass Racism - If after being warned and muted and appropriately punished for Racism and they continue to be racist in chat or voice chat after a kick i would ban them for Racism.

Mass Trap Spamming - First if someone is Trap Trap Spamming I Would give them a verbal and then warn and if they continued after a slay and a kick then I would ban them for Mass Trap Spamming

Hacking - If someone was using either Auto-Strafe or Aimbotting then i would first kick them and if they joined back and continued i would ban them.

Dangerous Threats - If someone was Making Death Threats or Threatening to DDOS Someone or the the server or DDOX someone then I would ban the person that is threatening. Other Threats that aren't as serious I would give a warning first and if they continued then it would lead to a ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

During my time as a moderator the largest issue i have came across is someone constantly spamming taunts when there were no staff on the server and being racist. When confronted about it after getting asked by someone that was online for help they denied all accusations. Then I had to continuously warn them for breaking rules, On rooftops they were exploiting on certain parts of the maps so after a warn they finally stopped exploiting but they just kept being racist and if they were muted or kicked they would just wait until they were un-muted and continue. So i had to get an admin online to Ban them. If I was an admin I would be able to sort out the situation myself and not disturb the admin that helped me that was busy staffing on a different server.


Why I should be promoted:
I Believe that I am trusted enough for the role of admin, I have been admin before on deathrun and then I resigned, I also believe that being admin would help me a lot in stopping some people from ruining other's experience on the server. I am also very active on the server.
