Don't remove the information that was there already if you're editing in the template, or we have no idea what the refund request was actually for originally!
No (useful) information was given, nothing that could help, just 3 words saying something along the lines of: "just as previously" which doesn't help at all, I see no issue with replacing something as such with an appropriate template for this situation. No harm was done.
