Hello Harry, I've taken a look at your appeal and the evidence you have provided. I've concluded that the evidence you have provided showing the shot logs relating to this situation shows Rygood firing a couple of shotgun shots just a few seconds before you killed him, which fits with your story when you claim Rygood shot at you (T-Baiting), which would leave you with a valid reason to kill him.
Assuming you stated that in the report, it would have been wrong of the handling staff member to not check the shot logs and punish you regardless, however, I have contacted BDOG and he informed me that in response to the report you claimed he shot you, not around you, and that's why he didn't think to check the shot logs, only the damage logs.
We decided that accepting this appeal was the right decision as the evidence you have provided does suggest Rygood did in fact shoot at you, therefore I don't believe you are lying here and you did have a valid reason for the kill, but just as a reminder, please try to be more specific when you are responding to a report such as this one, and rather claim the user shot
at you, but didn't cause any damage, therefore no confusion is caused for the handling staff member when checking the logs.
