From what I've seen so far (though not on DR) I can say that I'd gladly vote Yes if I were staff there. He's a very cool and benevolent guy and I enjoy his presence whenever we are on TeamSpeak together. The application is good and nicely made and I'm confident that he has a good knowledge of the rules as well as enough maturity to get promoted to higher ranks in the community.
