If someone Mass RDMs and LTAPs

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
It depends on how x exploited. If it just was a mistake and nothing really serious, I would unban x and see if x has learned from his/her mistake. If not x will get banned again


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think that I should be promoted because I think that I'm a nice and friendly guy that likes to help the server out. I used to be a pretty good staff(in my own opinion) and I think that I can help the server again. I was a relatively active player when I was staff before and I am going to have a good amount of activity when the meeting starts.
