Suggestion Title: Make a New Rule for Detectives .

How would it benefit the server: It will make it much much more easier to use the new Portable Tester

Potential Issues/Exploits: They might just force to freeze people for no reason .

Additional notes: So i tried multiple times with loli to test with this new Portable Tester and he kept on moving sideways , which made it impossible . so im just wondering if you could make it like a normal Tester and the detective must do " Player x , Stop moving or kos w1 /2 /3 "
