As for the punishment, maybe 3 days was slightly to much for 4 recents, however as a staff member from another server you should really be displaying a good attitude and behavior in the community as a whole.

Dude I literally gave that person one airstrike and told him to click it as it was just him and a mass rdmer and wanted the mass rdmer to die. He kept asking for an rpg to mass rdm but I said no, don't do it because this is a good server. Well it is kinda harsh since im like brand new out of the oven.
