Earlier in the day i witnessed you giving multiple new players airstrikes to get them to attempt mass RDM.
As for the punishment, maybe 3 days was slightly to much for 4 recents, however as a staff member from another server you should really be displaying a good attitude and behavior in the community as a whole.
