You’re a good mod and all, but 19 forum posts is extremely low, maybe you should try giving applications some feedback, commenting on suggestions and such.
I have come to a conclusion thanks to Henny, even though you're not that active on forums, it doesn't depend much on your staffing ability and being an admin on the server.
