I believe you are on the right track to becoming a LT member. You are fairly active on TS, although I'd like to see you on there more (but you have already said you are going to work on that) and you post your feedback on applicants on the forums, which is important. I have awful memory so I can't remember if you give your opinions on applicants in the meeting but I will keep my eye on that. You are showing an interest in helping us out since you just trained a new moderator and I will speak to CeeZee about how that training went when i get the chance but I've heard no complaints, which is always good.

I'll add you to the "queue" for the meeting spreadsheet too if you want, so you can help out there as well. There's way too many people on it atm though.

Anyway, a few more weeks of continuing the work you are doing now and I believe you'd be a great fit into the LT.
