After looking at the video it does seem like you False KOS'd Milk. Although it's clear you thought he was the one shooting you you still called a KOS on the wrong person and were punished for that. Although I personally wouldn't have punished you for it because it was a genuine mistake I can see why Loli did.

I'd like to see what you say in response to the above but I don't think you should have made a report since Milk & Loli did nothing wrong in this situation. You should try appealing if anything.
