Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First of all, you shouldn't be handling your appeals, also you shouldn't have permanently banned a user for cheating you must contact a SA+ to deal with the situation instead. In the case of a different staff member banning them, my reply would be;


Why I should be promoted:
I think I should be promoted because I feel like if I were promoted I would make a positive impact because I would have the ability to utilize the ban command. This command would help when I'm alone on the server, I feel like my activity on the server shows my determination to help this community. I feel like I have enough experience as a Moderator and I'm mature enough to handle the role of being an Admin. I also feel like I get along with the community and with the current staff team.
