He has 0 recents but the activity part is definitely correct. You NEED 2 weeks of CONSISTENT activity, and not get punished more than twice of course

You don’t need 2 weeks of consistent activity, it’s just recommended.

However, in this case I think it would be best if you applied next week or the following week and improve your activity along with your attitude

Well he has complaints about his attitude from almost everyone, if he wants to get accepted the least he can do is get the recommended amount of activity.
