I don't think much more really need to be done on this report, Clarky has apologized and the rule that you are talking about he was not aware of/needs changing. We will talk about the rule in question in next weeks meeting. With things like this Clarky might have not wanted to said some of the things that he did but he did and he has reflected upon this and has apologized hopefully you won't run into this again however I would like to say that you weren't 100% in the right and should have used common sense when coming into this rule but whatever seems like most people take the rules literally and forget that they all have a hierarchy of common sense over them.

Other people have done the exact same as Clarky and not much has happened we are only human and outbursts happen. I guess this is accepted but as outlined above not much more needs to be done.
