From what I witnessed of this situation Clarky did break the rules as the rules state all warnings must be given in text chat and a minimum of 2 must be given. It wouldn't be such a big issue though if he didn't respond to it the way he did and just accepted the mistake. He refused to admit he was in the wrong and his overall point was that he didn't agree with that rule so he wasn't going to follow it. Throughout the whole thing his attitude was atrocious and he treated Donut horribly which was just unnecessary because he was only pointing out the rule to him and remained civil about it all. Clarky was just throwing insults back at him, mocking him, and screaming down the mic for no reason when it could easily have been handled maturely and calmly.

I have some clips but I didn't manage to start recording until quite late into this scenario so there is a whole chunk before where Clarky was calling Donut a retard over and over. The clips I managed to get do however present the awful attitude Clarky was showing, and a few minor insults/rudeness. As Donut mentioned though, he was called a retard, bitch and other things many times before that. These clips are only a fraction of what was said.
