Suggestion Title: TTT Tester trap

How would it benefit the server: It gives terrorists one chance to be "proven" when activating the trap. It puts people on their feet. It also makes it so T's don't have to be KOSED for not testing. Well one of them anyway.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:
When the T's activate the trap, and a T goes in. It should turn green. Just a suggestion people may not have strong opinions or it may not be accessible. This makes it so it is fair for the T's as they have less people on their "role".
