Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have gone through your Appeal and I am very glad to see you have improved! I'm also glad you took your time to put effort into your appeal and make it so immaculate. I appreciate your apology and I personally think it's time for you to come back to the TTT server. I'll be discussing Your Appeal this evening with [Staff Member's Name] and hopefully, we will come to a conclusion with no issues and very quickly so you get to enjoy the rest of your evening!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

I have recently, yet again, started playing TTT as I did in the past, I have found great enjoyment in it once more. I have had issues and wasn't satisfied with the direction the staff team was going, especially with the Lead Team - that being the reasoning behind my resignation that took place 2 months back. I've always interacted with the staff team and Users of the TTT community and have shown myself as a very objective and formal individual. I feel as if my presence in the staff team will bring nothing but additional ear rape to the meetings and distinguishable contributions to the community!
